Gr. 6 & 9 Immunizations

Friday November 3, 2023: grades 6 and 9. In grade 6, we offer Hepatitis B and/or
HPV vaccines. Both these vaccines are a part of a 2-dose series, that is spaced a minimum of 6 months. In grade 9, we offer 1 dose each of dTap (diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis) and meningococcal ACYW—135. *Offering
vaccines to students in grades 1 to 9 who are delayed for their routine vaccines.
